Terms of sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop PixelForm Example. The seller is:
PixelForm Example – Lena Beispiel
Lena Beispiel
Musterstraße 12

Germany
Email: hello@pixelform.example
2. Contract
The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email after successful payment. For custom requests, the contract is concluded when you accept our quote.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. Payment is made at checkout through our payment provider Stripe, using the payment methods offered there.
4. Production and delivery
Many of our products are 3D printed after you order. The production time is shown on each product page. Shipping costs and delivery times after shipping depend on the destination:
- Germany: €4.90, free over €49.00, 2–4 business days
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden): €9.90, free over €79.00, 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland (Switzerland, United Kingdom): €14.90, 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada (Canada, United States): €19.90, free over €120.00, 7–14 business days
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in our Returns & withdrawal policy.
6. Quality and warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Our products are 3D printed: fine layer lines, small variations in colour and surface texture are a normal characteristic of the process and not a defect. If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a photo and we will find a solution.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
8. Applicable law
The law of the seller's country applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
